1. Agreement

ProSePro.net is operated by Hexalogic LLC (“Hexalogic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By selecting “Accept” on the legal notice, or by otherwise accessing or using ProSePro.net after accepting that notice, you electronically agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice and acknowledge our Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.

2. Description of the service

ProSePro.net provides general educational content, links to public resources, template packages, and limited clerical entry of customer-supplied answers into designated template fields. It does not evaluate those answers, select legal claims or defendants, choose a court, determine eligibility, review legal sufficiency, or file any document. It does not provide case analysis, court-specific research, filing, service, case management, or legal representation. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued.

3. No professional relationship

ProSePro.net is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal-document review, or representation. Any information entry is clerical and is limited to placing customer-supplied answers into designated fields without legal judgment. Use does not create an attorney-client relationship, privilege, duty of loyalty, confidentiality obligation, or duty to monitor your matter. Support personnel may assist with technical access but may not answer questions about your facts, rights, eligibility, strategy, documents, deadlines, court, defendants, or case.

4. Your decisions and responsibilities

You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to act; verifying all information; reviewing current laws, forms, fees, and court rules; protecting deadlines; signing your own documents; paying fees; completing service; monitoring communications; and obtaining professional advice when needed.

You agree not to submit false information, impersonate another person, use the site to represent someone else without lawful authorization, or treat general content as an individualized recommendation. Website support chat is limited to general, purchase, delivery, and technical questions. Do not send sensitive immigration records, receipt numbers, identity information, victim or criminal-history information, payment-card details, documents, or case facts through general email or support chat.

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee that a court or agency will accept any document, take action by a particular date, or produce any particular outcome. Historical examples or educational scenarios do not predict your result.

6. Digital products, questionnaire, and hosted payment

The advertised products are template packages, general educational guides, and limited clerical information entry. Each package is currently priced at $1,499 USD as a one-time purchase (regular price $2,000), subject to the final price and any applicable tax shown on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. Stripe processes payment and provides the payment receipt. ProSePro.net does not receive or store full payment-card details.

Any Stripe checkout labeled “Sandbox” or “test mode” is for testing only and cannot collect a real payment. After live payment is enabled, Stripe must confirm payment before the secure questionnaire opens. You are responsible for submitting complete and accurate answers. Delivery will be made manually to the email address used at checkout within 14 calendar days after both Stripe payment confirmation and receipt of a complete questionnaire. The order date remains the date Stripe confirms payment. A purchase does not include legal analysis, document review, AI case analysis, local-court research, filing, service, support about legal issues, or attorney access.

One completed payment permits one questionnaire submission. Questionnaire answers are encrypted before temporary storage and scheduled for deletion after 14 days as described in the Privacy Notice. You agree not to submit another person’s information without lawful authority and not to submit Social Security numbers, A-numbers, passwords, payment-card information, or document uploads.

You may cancel for a full refund by emailing info@prosepro.net before the digital files are sent. After successful delivery, we do not provide refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind, mistaken purchase, dissatisfaction, inability to use the materials, failure to read the product description, or any result involving a court or government agency.

If the delivered files are inaccessible, corrupted, the wrong package, or materially different from the published product description, notify us within 7 calendar days after delivery. We will first provide replacement or corrected files within a reasonable period. If we cannot provide the described package, we will issue a full refund. If we cannot deliver within 14 calendar days after both payment confirmation and receipt of a complete questionnaire, we will offer a revised delivery date; you may accept it or cancel for a full refund. Duplicate or demonstrably unauthorized charges will be reviewed and corrected as required by law and applicable payment-network rules.

Refund requests must include the email used at checkout and the Stripe receipt or payment reference, but must not include immigration records or case facts. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on Stripe and the customer’s financial institution. See the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

7. Acceptable use

You may use site materials only for your own lawful personal use. You may not resell, publish, scrape, reverse engineer, automate access to, interfere with, or use the site to harm another person. You may not upload malware or attempt unauthorized access.

8. Intellectual property

The platform’s original design, software, and proprietary educational content belong to ProSePro.net or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use site materials for their stated educational purpose. Government forms, statutes, court rules, and other public materials remain subject to their own legal status.

9. Third-party and official resources

Links to courts, agencies, lawyers, Stripe, and other sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control their accuracy, security, availability, or policies.

10. Independent identity

ProSePro.net is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by USCIS, DHS, DOJ, any court, ProSePro.co, or another similarly named provider. Links do not create an endorsement or partnership.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, availability, or results. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProSePro.net and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, status, income, data, or claims arising from use of or inability to use the service. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised date. Material changes will apply prospectively. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally permitted.
